Terrible, terrible, terrible service department. Do NOT go shopping and leave your vehicle with these hacks. They lied on my receipt and said my wheel came in damaged and I declined new valve stems. They never talked to me about either. Instead, they just stuffed the paperwork in an envelope and put it in my truck without saying anything except "you're all set." Avoid these prepubescent man boys if you care about your stuff.
This is my first time using BJs for tire service. The service attendant, Tim, was very attentive to the type of tires that are specific for my Lexus. I paid for the service and drove away. Next day I called the same tire center to inquire about a wheel alignment. Tim scheduled me and upon arrival, he stated that the technician would determine if an alignment was needed at this time, and if not, there would be no charge. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! This was the worst customer service ever. They obviously did not know what they were doing. The tires were not balanced correctly too much weights on every single tire, they had no clue what they were doing. When I complained to them about the vibration, they said all our rims were bent. They also got me worried now about the alignment being right. I will definitely be reaching out to their Home Office and filing a complaint. I purchased 4 tires a year ago and a couple days before we were taking a trip we noticed a small leak in one tire. We went to BJ's and they discovered the leak was not repairable. Unfortunately they didn't have the tire in stock. The Tire manager Jorge went out of his way to help me get back on the road. Better yet, I got credit from the road hazard warranty that comes with the tire purchase.
