CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! This was the worst customer service ever. They obviously did not know what they were doing. The tires were not balanced correctly too much weights on every single tire, they had no clue what they were doing. When I complained to them about the vibration, they said all our rims were bent. They also got me worried now about the alignment being right. I will definitely be reaching out to their Home Office and filing a complaint. I purchased 4 tires a year ago and a couple days before we were taking a trip we noticed a small leak in one tire. We went to BJ's and they discovered the leak was not repairable. Unfortunately they didn't have the tire in stock. The Tire manager Jorge went out of his way to help me get back on the road. Better yet, I got credit from the road hazard warranty that comes with the tire purchase.
Arrived on time for appointment for new tires. Techs kept me informed of what was happening with tire replacement.
Friendly environment, American Latino and American Asian friendly, highly recommend coming here!
On a Saturday afternoon , 1 employee to service write , be the tech not to mention set lifts , inspect prone tanks and fill them and be the cashier ....one employee to do ALL of that .. this is most arrogant self serving bunch of bigshot morons on planet earth .. what an incredibly dangerous position to leave that employee in , alone with all that going on.
