I’ve had two very positive experiences at this location. My trip today was quick and everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind.
They damaged 4 wheels installing tires just as others have reported. I've spent significant time following up with BJs and their insurance to get someone else to fix them. Please save yourself the hassle and get your tires elsewhere.

I ordered new tires online and made an appointment. I show up at my appointment on time and nobody is at the store. It's literally empty. I call the number and they can't find anyone to come in and install the $1100 set of tires I purchased. I guess they don't want my business. Don't waste your time with this second rate operation and get your tires somewhere else.
These guys are excellent at what they do. They're very conscientiously vehicle. Get yourself an appointment and they'll get you in and out in good time.
