I’ve had the same experience as others are saying. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I took my car there. Three out of four of my rims/wheels were damaged during installation of my tires. I was told it would take an hour and a half to install them. It took well over four hours. When the guy called me to tell me it would take a little bit longer he said it was because they were so busy in there. While the staff is friendly, one staff is expected to change tires, run the front desk, and also refill propane tanks. We have been here well over the allotted hour and a half window. BJs management needs to correct this and atleast have someone in the back and another to run the front desk. Poor management. This will be my last set of tires from here.
While it pains me to write this since the staff there is really friendly, I can't recommend other BJ customers go here for tires. Two of my tires were put on wrong, inside facing out, which caused me to fail state inspection and added more charges to fix it. Also, as I sat in the waiting room there I witnessed several other customers coming back in with problems that needed to be fixed. Hopefully they'll be able to turn it around in the future but for now I'd say go elsewhere.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with customer service after they damaged all 4 rims. Corporate customer service is not helpful. Was hung up on once and was never able to get a contact number for any rep. Was lied to and was told “we will contact you”! This has been going on for over a month! DON’T GO. UPDATE to this post is that BJ’s customer service dragged this out for 2 months and then denied my claim saying that all the damage was not done by them.
