Do not use any tire where Ray is the “mechanic” Ray is someone who will be replacing your tires and did not align them correctly. After I was told an hour….ended up being over 3 because Ray decided to service another car that came in after. He had an empty garage but was never at the desk. Never answered one of my calls. Avoid Ray if possible
Garbage service, not even an attempt at being friendly, came in and saw no cars in the garage and the mechanic says it will be after the weekend before he can get things done because he “has personal appointments” are you serious?!?
Had to make appointment to get new tires installed. First one available was in two weeks. The day before my appointment they called saying they had to cancel my appointment because an employee quit. They suggested I return my tires, get a refund, then buy my tires at a different BJs, which I did. Now, four months later, I have a flat tire. My first appointment was a breeze , dropped off my car on time , when I came back to pick it up I had to wait a long time because only one person works there and was bringing old tires to the back of their trailer, he was a good tech don’t get me wrong, it just sucks that corporate only assigned one person during shifts , 8 months after I have a puncture on the side of one tire, since you can’t scheduled a repair online or warranty claim online you have to call but guess what no one answers, I went to the shop and to my surp... read more
Poor customer service. I came in to get a puncture repaired. They brought the tire into the shop, identified the puncture location, then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t repair it because they didn’t have enough time before closing. The tech said it would take “about 45 minutes.” When he said this, there was 40 minutes until closing and no one else in the store. This is not an insignificant inconvenience for me, since I will need to take off work tomorrow morning to come back and get it repaired.
