Much like every other review employees lack customer service and organization. I will not be back to this location for any tire services. Simple fixes would go a long way to help with the customer experience. Management in the department is non-existent. If you are expecting friendly service and any sort of urgency to help you, look elsewhere.
Really disappointed in this BJs tire center. On my first visit to order tires the person working the desk was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. I was told after ordering the tires and paying for them I would get a call about my tires when they arrived. This never happened. I returned to ask about the status of my order. No one in the building, no one working on cars just an unlocked door and empty lobby. I went to customer service and it took them over 15 minutes to find the dude who took my tire order. Do not use any tire where Ray is the “mechanic” Ray is someone who will be replacing your tires and did not align them correctly. After I was told an hour….ended up being over 3 because Ray decided to service another car that came in after. He had an empty garage but was never at the desk. Never answered one of my calls. Avoid Ray if possible
Garbage service, not even an attempt at being friendly, came in and saw no cars in the garage and the mechanic says it will be after the weekend before he can get things done because he “has personal appointments” are you serious?!?
Had to make appointment to get new tires installed. First one available was in two weeks. The day before my appointment they called saying they had to cancel my appointment because an employee quit. They suggested I return my tires, get a refund, then buy my tires at a different BJs, which I did. Now, four months later, I have a flat tire.
