Great job mounting my snow tires.
The deli here really needs to hire more employees or faster ones. I waited over 30 minutes to get lunch meat with only 2 people in front of me and one of them only asking for one item. I've never waited this long for deli meat anywhere, ever! Would be nice if they had a wider selection of pre cut meats because I only wait in line because the selection is so minimal and never anything I want.
It is Jan. 2025. Every negative thing in previous posts is still true. Go somewhere else. This is a big time and energy suck!
They NEVER answer the phone. Ever. Then the front desk gets contacted and they are expected to take a message. What? No call backs. BJs, how about at least investing in an old fashioned answering machine. Which business model is it that deploys “don’t answer the phone”? I’d give zero stars if it was an option.
Terrible Customer Service! Canceled membership today.
