It is currently not good and understaffed. Hopefully, they can turn things around. Right now, I can’t schedule an install with any confidence of it being done.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They messed up my tires by stripping my lug nuts. The tire center said that I needed to go else where to get my tire fixed. The tire center said I could take it any where and the amount would be reimbursed in full. When I showed the manager my receipt he refused to pay the bill in full, despite the fact that BJ’s tire center admitted to damaging my tire. They helped me with my tire , there was a piece of metal puncturing my tire and they managed to help me the best they could with the most affordable help ! I really appreciate it !
Hours on door and website show they're open. Got here at 5:45PM and nobody here, doors locked. Update your hours
Refuse full truckload of water because they don't have room for the products they order.
