I didn't even know that BJs had a Tire Center at this location. To my surprise, I was able to order my tires online and get an earlier appointments at this location. I came 15 minutes earlier and Raymond, the Tire Supervisor had my paperwork already and set to go. He proceeded to ask me if I had tires from BJs before and went over the tires warranties. Wife made an appointment for tires on a Saturday. Receive all the confirmations and they took payment. We showed up on Saturday at our appointment time and the shop was closed. Went in to speak to the manager in the main store and we were told that the tire center called had left a message that they were canceling the appointment since they only had one appointment on the schedule. This place is unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. I showed up this past Saturday to order tires and the door was locked. Walked into the main entrance to learn the ONE employee scheduled to work called out. So I ordered tires through the app and scheduled to have them installed this Wednesday (tomorrow). Sunday night we experienced a house fire and I lost the car in the fire. So I called first thing Monday morning to cancel order. Costumer service said no problem. Terrible experience at BJ’s Tire Center. I had an 8:30 appointment, but they couldn’t unbolt two of my tires and sent me to “find a mechanic.” I ended up waiting elsewhere, only for that mechanic to remove the bolts in seconds and confirm there was nothing wrong — they weren’t over-torqued at all. When I returned, two guys were “working” on my tires while constantly stopping to deal with walk-in customers. By the time I’m writing this, it’s 1:30 — half my day wasted. Completely unprofessional. It is currently not good and understaffed. Hopefully, they can turn things around. Right now, I can’t schedule an install with any confidence of it being done.
