The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the friendly, no-pressure atmosphere.
Richard is a professional. Incorrect Work was done on my car at another establishment who instead of telling me the error they’d made said nothing. . Richard upon changing my tires I’d purchased saw the problem, informed me and recommended a reliable auto mechanic that was able to fix the issue
Ordered tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. Dropped off car while I was at work and when I came back to pick it up the tire techs told me they don't normally say this, but the tires I bought weren't very good. I had also been side swiped in a parking lot months prior, causing a minor dent, and they said my tire on that side might come flying off while driving and they shouldn't have put it on the lift. Great tire center, and great guys who work here.
Had the pleasure of hitting a screw while visiting the city. Luckily Firestone was busy or I never would of found this amazing place!! They fixed and patched my tire in no time. GREAT customer service, great car care, had me ready in no time. Very informative crew well.
