Great guys work here
I bought 4 new tires from here about 6 months ago. When i got a flat tire the other day they wanted $80.00 to fix it. I was told when i bought theae tires that they had a 36 month 36,000 mile warranty on them. I don't think i payed much more then 80 new
Very disappointed in BJ's tire, not for the employees or service, but as a whole. I have tried 3 different times on 3 separate deals to get tires before the winter. Once with the B3G1 on some Uniroyals and twice with the B2G2 Kelly tires deals. Each time, my order would go through, receive confirmation, then bounce back and get cancelled within 30 minutes. This happened several times and I've spoken with the manager at this location who could not help me as the tires were "out of stock" nor could they honor the deal. But you... read more
I stopped by to get a quote for a set of tires. There were 2 employees and 1 customer in the store. Neither of them looked up when I walked in or greeted or addressed me, I waited for a moment, then walked out.
