no one picks up the phone and the useless automated system puts you on a loopback prompt system. Tried for 3 hours to get through to a human at BJs. Awful
Hours listed for Saturday: 9AM to 8PM. I am here at 7:22PM and the door is locked. It’s not okay for a business to list their hours as something and not honor that time. This is a poor business practice.
