Absolute worst tire experience ever. They were supposed to open at 9. Got there at 8:30 hoping I would be first in line. At 9:40 a guy that looked wacked out on drugs showed up. Gave me a price that was higher than advertised. Told him to go ahead and put tires on anyway. After messing with his computer for 20 minutes he told me he couldn’t sell me the tires because his, computer wouldn’t turn on.
I dk why but every time I come to get propane they’re either closed or I stand in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for someone to at least poke a head out to acknowledge me.. I get being busy but there’s glass and I can see them just standing around talking in there.
I had all four tires replaced and they did an excellent job! Everybody was professional and accommodating.
If you have a newer Honda, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. BJs puts on the tires, no more, no less. Inevitably the TPMS sensor will come on and it can't be turned off without spending $100+ for a proper mechanic to hook it to the computer and diagnose the problem. Apparently the guy BJ's knew this (informed me when I called after), and didn't forewarn me. I regret being blissfully unaware.
