Told me I had a damaged tire pressure sensor and had to pay extra to have them replace it. It was working when I got there, so not sure how it was "damaged". Took 3 hours to change 4 tires with 2 workers and no other cars there. National average is 45min with 1 worker. Complained to BJ's but only received 1 response and then silence. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to have a real mechanic do the work. I learned the hard way.
Got my 4 tires replaced so far no issues.
