I'm not sure if the guy behind the counter was having a bad day but it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Horrendous. He flat out refused to help me. Thinking about cancelling my BJs membership.
My tire went flat at 4:30 in the BJs parking lot. I called BJs tire center and explained the situation and they were able to get me in and replace 2 of my tires. I so appreciate them taking me without any notice and helping me quickly with my situation!

Very poor workmanship, rough handling, and causes a lot of damage to your car, and is also extremely greedy and irresponsible.
Impossible to get in touch with them. Finally got someone to pick up and now been on hold for almost 20 minutes
