Wife got a flat on her way to work. Since she bought the tires from BJ's (East Rutherford, NJ) she went back to them to get flat fixed. She didn't have an appointment and was told 1.5 hours. No problem, sat and did some work stuff. She couldn't of been any happier with her experience. Employee, Dominick, fixed the problem, was courteous and more importantly took the time to listen to her ordeal with a flat on a major highway.
