Showed up for 8 am appointment. Doors still locked at 8:30 and an email at 8:22 saying my tires were out of stock
Worst possible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not bother with this location not worth saving $ on tires. Purchased tires and scheduled appointment online. Install was scheduled a week later. Bjs sent email confirming appointment the day before install. Shortly after the email the tire center left me a message saying my appointment was cancelled "because nobody will be here tomorrow and I don't know why they would schedule you online".
