I had a 2pm appointment, they didn’t get to my car until 4:30 and it wasn’t over until 6pm for a standard tire change
Customer service is dismal, and perpetually understaffed. I knew 1 person that was good. I have called in 3 different occasions and left voicemail with no return calls. The atmosphere in there is bleek. This last time I went with a flat and got attitude when I finally got some attention. His answer was ok, we can schedule you a week out...
