A disgruntled and unfriendly representative should avoid interacting with customers.
Couldn’t install tires because I had aftermarket wheels, fault of the manager and company policy not the actual staff. Only informed me of this policy after I had ordered the tires online, waited a week for my appointment, drove all the the way out here, and walked in the door, after which I had to then cancel my order and get a refund.
As a Bj's member this is the best place to buy your tires good price, trained tire mechanics and good tire warranty. I would have given 5-star but I had to wait over 3 hours only people working there. I'll definitely go back there for my tire needs.
Great service and very professional staff, they cared to call me twice to ask questions while servicing my car and done the job on time and as expected! Highly recommend buying and installing tires here
