Warranty is great, the mechanic was very polite & service was good. GOOD & SLOW!!! I had an appointment & I waited 1 hr & 40 mins for them to service my car. There’s a disposal charge for each tire they remove, even though I asked to keep one of the four tires that were removed. I was still charged for the disposal of four tires. A disgruntled and unfriendly representative should avoid interacting with customers.
Couldn’t install tires because I had aftermarket wheels, fault of the manager and company policy not the actual staff. Only informed me of this policy after I had ordered the tires online, waited a week for my appointment, drove all the the way out here, and walked in the door, after which I had to then cancel my order and get a refund.
As a Bj's member this is the best place to buy your tires good price, trained tire mechanics and good tire warranty. I would have given 5-star but I had to wait over 3 hours only people working there. I'll definitely go back there for my tire needs.
