Shout out to Sheldon (hopefully I got your name right)!! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and had great customer service!! I have always had great experiences at this tire center and Sheldon went above and beyond. I will always recommend this tire center and I will be back for my next set in the future!!
They scammed us by saying they fixed a leak in our tire but then 2 hours later our pressure is down again and they didn’t actually fix the tire. The fix is supposed to be free but the guy made us pay in cash and he scammed us when he didn’t even fix the tire.
BEWARE!!! Had four tires installed and they ruined all four of my rims. Nearly $3000 in damages and their insurance company is a joke, they want to install aftermarket rims and the labor cost to install is a joke - not even their business charges that little.
Went in for a tire repair. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Willam was polite and respectable.
I'm normally not one to leave reviews and I'm sure the employees I'm dealing with could care less. We had a new set of tires put on in Nov, then got a flat 2 weeks later, and took advantage of the road hazard warranty. Should be great right? No. The employee had me come all the way to the shop and go through the warranty process as if they could service the tire right then, only to tell me that they didn't have the tire once I pulled around to the bay.
