I have been going to here to fill my propane tanks at least once a month, sometimes more frequently, for the past 7 years. I have had some of the friendliest employees over the years, but it has severely gone downhill. There’s a new excuse from the employees as to why they can’t fill my tanks every time I go—it’s too cold, the system needs 15 minutes to warm up, I’m on my break for another 15 minutes, I can’t leave a car unattended on the lift and I’ll be another 30 minutes. Very unprofessional service. Never recommend it to anyone. The staff at the counter is terrible. I took my car for tire installation and even after three appointments they are not done balance tires. It looks like they don't want to do their job.
It's my very worst and worst experience 😪 to there 😞 very rude behavior to front desk staff. I never buy tires with bjs
