Worst customer service. It took 2 hours to fix flat. Also, they can’t fix flat tire if you don’t have appointment. How do you make appointments if you don’t know when you will get flat tire. Also, they don’t want to store back donut tire…. Giving excuse that in past customer complaint that donut tire was not properly installed…. Instead of learning from mistake or taking responsibility, they don’t want to put donut tire back…..Bj’s really need to take action as tire center customer service are going down the drain…..

My father had a leak in one of the tires on his vehicle, he said he’s kept getting tpms alerts and having to fill the same tire but he wasn’t able to find anything in it. He purchased the tires on his vehicle from the location with the protection plans and warranties offered. He arrived today at 505pm to find no one there and signs saying “I’m on my half hour lunch break” and the employee was alone in the shop with no customers waiting or vehicles in the shop and came out to talk to him.
