This is my worstest experience at bj’s tire. Sean, the cashier over there is so unprofessional. He litrally wasted my 1.5 hours. I reached the store at 5:30 and since the begining he was like we cannot do tire change as its gonna take time and we have to close at 7. He was trying to avoid to do the work and replace tire with the intent of getting late. Employees willingly to help
They focus on filling propane for people. You make people who need car repairs wait over 2 hours. Even just for a simple tire change. You need more than one person at a time working here. Absolutely ridiculous.
