Refused to process a manufacturer's tire warranty. When I asked why they said because car was out of alignment. I knew it wasn't so I asked what the numbers were. By how much? He said we don't do alignments here. ....okay thanks for nothing.
We have been here 3 times and the old man that runs the place has a horrible attitude and keeps refusing to take my boyfriends tire order when its HIS job to do it. Will go somewhere else! shame on bjs for letting him reject his customers like this!
