They never have anyone working that can fill propane nor do they never have someone working the front desk. I waited 10 minutes just to speak to an advisor. On a Saturday i am told “i cant leave because hes not propane certified… it will be about a 30 minute wait”
3 techs working. I walked in asking for propane and was told it would be over a 20 min wait. Why they need 3 techs for one car is mind blowing. Left and went to Ace Hardware. They took care of me!! Might be time to switch to Costco
Came in a week ago to get tires was told they could not assist due to being short staffed. We left came back in a week then was informed you have to order and pay for tires first then schedule appointment to have them put on would have been nice to know the first time So got tires ordered appointment schedule Dec 13 came in earlier to see if they had cancellation and the tech said no but our next appointment is not until 11:30 which was over an hour away we asked if we could move our appointment up and was told no they would... read more
I had a new set of tires put on in January and have had nothing but problems since. Three days after I got the new tires my tire sensors dies so I went back to have them replaced. One tire kept losing air and that wasn’t repaired. Then the tire sensors kept having issues and were failing to work. I’d have to reschedule appts after waiting 3-4 hours and my car still not even taken back.
