I had a new set of tires put on in January and have had nothing but problems since. Three days after I got the new tires my tire sensors dies so I went back to have them replaced. One tire kept losing air and that wasn’t repaired. Then the tire sensors kept having issues and were failing to work. I’d have to reschedule appts after waiting 3-4 hours and my car still not even taken back. Update to my original 5 star review: It turns out that once they sell you the tires they make it near impossible to get them rotated, Appointments seem to mean nothing, and I have wasted hours waiting for service. Yesterday I had the first appointment of the day, and 2 hours and 20 min later they had not even pulled my car into the shop. I am finished using BJs and do not recommend them.
Came by twice to get propane filled. The first time, they had an out to lunch sign. The second time, the service member said he would be with me in a few seconds and did not show back up again for another 10 minutes. Seems like they are short staffed. Very disappointing for propane refills.
I had a great experience going to get my tire fixed here. The 2 gentlemen that helped me, Clint and Jackson, were very nice! I would highly recommend going to bjs tire center!
