Had an appointment for 4:30pm, and when I arrived a few minutes early, the gentleman said he couldn’t take me. He was all by himself and had another car to work on. I asked him why didn’t he call to cancel. He basically said he was overwhelmed being by himself. If you’re by yourself, shouldn’t the first thing you should do is clear your books of appointments you can’t honor to alleviate your workload? I would think that would make sense. The mechanics were really nice to me and my wife as we were traveling through from Delaware.
I would not bring any cars to them ever again. They wast my time making a appointment dosnt mean anything to them. When you speak up about how they have treated you they kick you out.
These guys were kind, professional and knowledgeable. What more can you ask?
I liked the tires and love the price, "but" the service was trash. Set an appointment, got the tires installed that went really well and I was happy. That's until I got on the highway and noticed that the tires where not properly balanced as wheel vibration between 55 and 65 MPH was very noticeable. I returned to the shop immediately and was told I'd need to make an appointment. Two weeks later I was able to get them to fix the issue.
