I only get my tires from Bjs for all my vehicles, I was driving on the turnpike and discovered I had a nail in my tire, I called the Avon tire center and Sam was super professional and was able to get me in and fix the hole in the tire Instantly. I was in the middle of an 8 Hour drive and Just knowing that purchasing tires from BJâs comes with this kind of service is priceless. Thank you, Sam, and I hope you can get recognition for your wonderful customer service!! Get this man a raise!Â
5 stars are for Charlie, he is THE definition of excellent service and the person you want to do business with here. We only use this place because of him.Â
The store and gas pumps are fantastic. However, tire center has a lot to be desired. I got there 12/27/24 15 minutes after they opened. All bays empty and two guys just standing around. I was hoping to purchase 4 tires but they said they couldnât do it. When asked why, they said they had someone coming in about a half hour and wouldnât be able to do it in time.
