It seems like the BJs online scheduling is not reliable, it is best you call in or schedule in person. This was a bit frustrating but Aidan was able to squeeze me in the next day after expressing how I needed the new tires installed before holiday travel. It seems like the are a bit under staffed but I had a great experience overall and Aidan was great to work with.
The team at BJs Tire Center are professionals and do a great job. Especially , they'll patiently answer and explain questions you have to you and provide their recommendation when possible. I know they are always understaffed but I've found a way to get the maximum from them. Because Bjs is running a business, I understand the model clearly so I look for the free slots and go for my services. Employees are unhinged, will literally come running outside and scream at you to not park in "their parking" even though there's no signs for "their spots". It's a garage with a whole side of building to put the vehicles about to get serviced at though.
I was apprehensive about buying tires here because of the bad reviews here but the experience was stellar. Eli communicated really well, called several times with updates, and didn't charge me for a service he was unable to complete because of a frozen part. I had a great experience at a great price and would absolutely use again. Thanks Eli!
Made an appointment online to purchase & schedule installation 2 weeks prior. Was told the appt shouldn't take more than an hr & a half...took over 2hrs to install 4 tires. Wish I would have read the reviews before going here...hoping they don't fall off.
