Very disappointed. This is the fourth time I come to this BJ’s Tire Center and the machine for wheel alignments is always “broken.” Every single time it’s the same excuse, and now this last time they told me they don’t even know when it’s going to be fixed. From what I can tell, it seems like they just don’t want to do the work. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
The only good thing about BJ tire center is the cost of new tires. That's it. They have very few employees working and they take forever. I had paid in advance so had no choice but to reschedule the appointment 3 times. Sometimes, they didn't have employees or were overbooked so didn't have enough times. They sell tires by offering free fixing of tires but when you come here to fix a flat, they say, oh you don't have an appointment so you have to wait for long. Fixing a flat, just simple plugging but ... no! Who makes an app... read more
Have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Alex is always super helpful and is willing to explain everything with a smile. Would recommend!
