I wish I could have rated even less than 1 star. The service is horrible and staff is very unprofessional. When you buy tires from them and it says you have a lifetime warranty it is SCAM, because when its time for you to use this service it would never happen. I got a flat tire so I went there in the morning and they told me to schedule an appointment because they were so busy. I scheduled the appointment for the same day at 5 P.M. and an employee told me they would take care of me. I came back 4:50 P.M. and another employe... read more
Very disappointed. This is the fourth time I come to this BJ’s Tire Center and the machine for wheel alignments is always “broken.” Every single time it’s the same excuse, and now this last time they told me they don’t even know when it’s going to be fixed. From what I can tell, it seems like they just don’t want to do the work. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
The only good thing about BJ tire center is the cost of new tires. That's it. They have very few employees working and they take forever. I had paid in advance so had no choice but to reschedule the appointment 3 times. Sometimes, they didn't have employees or were overbooked so didn't have enough times. They sell tires by offering free fixing of tires but when you come here to fix a flat, they say, oh you don't have an appointment so you have to wait for long.
