awesome job well done I got my appointment finished within an hour tires are good to go .
I had a great experience. I got a great deal on my new Goodyear tires and BJ’s was running an installation special for the month of April. They got me in and out in about an hour and 10 minutes and overall was a great experience.
DO NOT GET TIRES HERE!!!! Customer service is the worst. Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time and just walked out. No one is ever at the desk. They take propane customers ahead of you (had 5 come in while I waited), so it extends your wait time even longer. Management is obviously oblivious on how to treat club members, they have your money already so why bother treating us right. Next step is me canceling membership entirely. Costco is nearby now and so much better with customer service.
went to BJ's tire today and after waiting patiently for 15 minutes while the customer ahead of me was being taken care of , walked out. Not because i'm impatient, but due to the fact that the service person never even acknowledged me . All he had to say was, be with you in a few minutes, or something similar. Dude was oblivious.
Leaving one star because I can't leave 0! Every time I come to Jensen Beach BJ's Tire Center there is a problem. It's understaffed and you can never get in same day. Not even for a repair on a flat tire.
