Terrible service!! The morning of my prescheduled afternoon appointment I received a phone call from an employee asking me if I would like to move my appointment to the following day for 10am. I asked why and was told their work load was heavier on my scheduled day and very light the following day and they did not want the boss to ask why they did not have enough work for that day (Not my problem, and I scheduled my appointment for a reason to work for my schedule). BJ's is a good place to shop! Cheap gas. Clean store. Good prices. Nice easy app on my phone .
I was traveling on Memorial Day and noticed that I had a tire with some metal wire showing on the inside wall, I stopped at a few places but most were closed and others said they couldn’t get it in today. I stopped at BJs about an hour before closing and although they were done taking in cars for the day, Bud, the supervisor was talking to me and went out to look at the tire, he said he would stay late if he needed to take care of the problem and put new sets on, I bought all 4 tires and they did a fantastic job!!! Got my propane tank filled here the other day. Tanner (I believe was his name) was super friendly and helpful! Just be careful in the parking lot as people drive like maniacs; they almost need speed bumps and to redesign the queue for when the gas line goes into the street!
Got a tire fixed with an appointment at 4 and took 30 minutes. Staff was great
