Jarred was extremely helpful especially for being short staffed. Definitely an asset to the BJs tire department!! Thank you for getting my tire fixed quicker then expected
I have bought tires here twice now. The first time was in 2021/22. The guy was rude, told me to order everything on the website and then call back in another week or two to see if they came in and then setup an appointment. Whatever...we ordered the proper size. They finally came in and we scheduled an appointment, even though I had to deal with the same meathead again. He had an issue with a lug nut and decided not to replace the tires but put my truck back in the parking lot and work on the next customers car. He never cal... read more
These guys did a great job for me. Great quality, name brand tires for the right price ($400 less than a competitor). They were also able to get me in sooner than anticipated and really helped me out when I was in a pinch with a deflating tire. Good guy working the counter. Thank you 🤝

There's no reason to try to use BJ's Tire Center....you're far better off going to Costco's Tire Center. Costco is completely professional and fully staffed....unlike BJ's. I'm a member of Costco, and I'm a member of BJ'S. The last four (4) times that I've gone to BJ's Tire Center, they couldn't fit me in for one to two weeks or, in one instance, the only person there spoke to me from the bay and said he didn't have time to come over and make an appointment for me.
