I purchased my tires online and made an appointment. Peri had called me the day before bc they had a cancellation, but I kept my same appointment. He told me everything I needed to know. It took an hour. Dealing with Peri was great. He said keep your paperwork in your glove box and call to make appointments for free rotations.
Understaffed, terrible customer service. For whatever reason BJs thought it was a good idea to have the tire center employees in charge of the propane as well. The dumbest shit I’ve ever seen or heard. Constantly getting my tire change pushed back because people come for propane. On top of that the mechanic working there had terrible customer service. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and my car isn’t even up in the air getting its tires changed yet.
Creating an appointment for getting tires replaces was a breeze without any issues or headaches. Replacement on the day was swift and efficient. A year later when my one tire got a piece of rock stuck in it, puncturing it, Perri was able to accommodate my no-cost tire repair on the same day I called in. He patched it quickly and effortlessly in under 30 minutes. Would certainly continue to go back to this tire center in the future due to the great service and prices.
We ran over a piece of scrap metal and it punctured one of our tires. Stopped in BJs and Peri was the only one working. He couldn’t help us that day but made space for us the next morning. 40 minutes later, he fixed the flat. He was super nice and professional. Though I purchased the tires from a different BJs out of state, they still honored the free service.
Great deal for the tires. Service was great. In and out in 30 minutes for all 4 tires. They do have wifi there as well
