Great store if you're a mind reader. Wanted to use the water fountain and it was absolutely filthy. Mentioned it to a sales associate who snapped at me and told me it wasn't supposed to be used since covid, 4 years ago. I said well, how would I know that? She said well there's a sign, I said no there's no sign. She said well there should be a sign and you're not supposed to use it! Maybe remove it from the store in that case? Charlie helped me a lot. Get this man a computer that works and train his support to not leave him hanging when he's trying to do everything himself.
Came here in January 2024 for installation of full set of tires and I’ve been having problems with them ever since. Customer service was horrible as I was chastised and berated for asking a question. 2 1/2 months later (late March 2024) I caught a bubble in my right driver side tire. Fast forward a little over two months later (late May 2024), my front passenger tire just went completely flat.
