They rarely answer the phone ever and occasionally they might close for half an hour or so in the middle of the day, but they are very courteous when you actually go there and take their work seriously and in a professional manner. Ensure you have an appointment if you plan to get anything done.

Bought tires online and made appt @ 10:30 on a Sat. Arrived a little early and tech greeted me by name, pulled my car in immediately called me in 40 minutes to say he was done. All four tires had air pressure set to factory specs. VERY HAPPY.
Terrible service, brought my car in just to take a look and they warned me about a lug nut, so I said I’ll take my car and go and now they can’t even get a lug nut back on my car!!! Extremely incompetent workers I will say, even though I gave them no consent to work on my car, just to look at it. Very Unskilled workers. Please go to a genuine mechanic.
