Big thanks to Marvin at Bjs Tire Shop in Raleigh at Triangle Plantation Dr. He was incredibly kind and helpful when I had a nail in my tire- not exactly a fun situation, but he turned it into a great experience. Not only did he fix my tire, but he also helped drain water out of my trunk (which I wasn't even expecting) and gave me some really good advice on how to go about getting my alignment checked. Marvin is the kind of person who goes above and beyond. Truly grateful! Thank you so much Marvin.
My husband had a 9am appointment (which they ask you to show up early for) and we waited for 10 minutes after 9am and still the door remained locked. We went inside BJs to complain to management and were told “I don’t know maybe the guy switched his shift” ok? And you’re not concerned that whoever he switched with didn’t show up and that your business isn’t open at the advertised time?! Worst part is he paid over $500 two weeks ago for these tires!! Came here 3 times and couldnt get an appointment made! The first two times they "forgot" to book me in the system and the appointment was filled when i arrived on schedule. The third time, they scheduled me for 9AM. Well it turns out they dont even open until 10!! wth!!! What is going on with this place, that they cant figure out how to book a simple appointment??
Friendly staff. They seem to give good service. A little short-staffed, which makes things slow, especially when people pop in for a quick question or need, making the workflow stop.
We brought my Jeep in for a simple patch job for a nail. The small, pierced, ear podded, tatted up kid could not have been less professional or rude. Apparently, my wife and I had interrupted his delicious looking meal of microwaved burritos, our mistake. He first asked, "Did you buy them here"? No." Which tire is it?" Do you mean which brand of tire, I just need a patch. "I understand that! Which tire on the vehicle?" he said.
