They won't install tires on aftermarket wheels, which was frustrating. Gave an extra star because the employee was nice. I could tell he wasn't a fan of the policy and didn't like turning a customer away.
Awesome service!
I was very pleased with the service. I went there to get one tire to replace one damaged by a pothole. The model was no longer available. Joel searched and found a similar tire with a similar tread pattern. It, of course, had to be ordered and I did have to wait for it to come in which is often the case for anything these days. Cornell installed it. Both employees were as helpful and pleasant as you could hope for.
The employees were very nice the entire time. I went to get all my 4 tires replaced. While changing the tires the employees cause damage to my vehicle paint/cracking it and breaking the front fender plastic in the driver side. The employees apologize and it was greatly appreciated. However, this situation should not have happened and my car is going to rust in that area due to the season we are in. I immediately reported this and mannagement was suppose to fix this. Made me wait for a considerable amount of time for my tires & there was alot of fooling around in there between the workers very unpleasant.
