Friendly staff and great quantity for entrees. Pizza was good along with the chips and fire-roasted salsa. Pizookie is a must for dessert.
I just want to know why anybody handling food going in and out of the kitchen don't wear a hair net, male and female
I only go to bjs because my son loves their dessert. However, we rarely have a good experience.The waiters take forever to acknowledge you or to let you know they’ll be right with you. My last visit really sealed the deal. I don’t think I will be returning. We were told it would be a 1 hour wait so we waited for an alert to come to our phone like the host said it would. I’ve been to bjs before and loved it. This time was awful. Our server brought half the tables food out ten minutes before the other people’s food, not once asked for refills, did not bring the requested condiment, just over all had a very poor attitude. The tortilla soup was pure broth. Two tiny pieces of meat and a couple pieces of corn. The pita tacos were good but overall the experience was terrible due to the service.
