Ordered dessert to go - 4 pizookies of which 2 were completely burnt and bitter, the other 2 were undercooked so all we could have were the little ice cream scoops. Ridiculous and disappointing.
Justin was amazing he was on top of everything, great service and the food came out perfect!
Excellent food and service
our server megan h was literally the best part of our night at bj’s. she was super friendly, cracked jokes with us, and somehow managed to keep everything running smooth even when the place was packed. she didn’t just bring food, she brought the vibes 😂. drinks stayed full, food came out perfect, and she never once made us feel rushed. honestly, if bj’s gave out awards for servers, megan deserves a trophy (and probably free pizookies for life). we’d come back just to have her as our server again.
Had a great dinning experience here. Food was good, our server Justin was excellent with his service! Definitely one of the best servers I've ever had. Hope we land him again as our server on our next visit!
