Love eating here. Food is great and so is the atmosphere.
Better than most chains – I know its a chain restaurant, but the pizza and root beer is some of the best I've had. I am a huge fan of pan pizza, but can't stand Pizza Hut. I go here at least once a month.
Yummy Drinks – Came here a few nights ago with some buddies.. Drinks were awesome!!! Bartenders were very nice and talkative and the whole crew had a great time. Go BJs!
Absolutely Horrible!!! – We have tried it a few times giving them a chance to redeem themselves. However, instead of improving, it has got progressively worse each time. The most recent trip: Wait time for table = 10 minutes (not too bad). Ordered appetizers = took 20 minutes and brought out wrong apps (bad). Ordered entree's = waiter came back 10 minutes after ordering and said they were out of the one i ordered (worse). Brought out food at all different times (whatever). Don't go there if you plan to eat !!!! – While shopping Friday 5/27/2011 at the Mall of Louisiana my wife told me she was starved. Bj's was right there, so I wheeled in. From the very begining I had a strange feeling as a group of teenage employees were at the front hostess desk. It seemed that they were instructed not to give a table for four to a couple. Great time – I was pleasantly surprised. i thought the establishment would be like another average chain restaurant/bar but the food was good and the bartender, Chris, was friendly, cheerful, professional, welcoming, and helpful. I wish there were more like him. Ask for a sample of the root beer they make right there. It's good. The lack of service at most of the bars and restaurants lately has been a real bummer. THE place to go for falafels – Love the regular falafel -- hamburgers are pretty good as well. Great fries.
good variety – I just went to BJs for my first time last week and I was happily surprised. They offer a great variety and I really enjoyed the salad I got. Very large salad, I did not look at the calorie count until after I had finished my salad. Great food, lots of calories though. I would recommend!
