Absolutely Horrible!!! – We have tried it a few times giving them a chance to redeem themselves. However, instead of improving, it has got progressively worse each time. The most recent trip: Wait time for table = 10 minutes (not too bad). Ordered appetizers = took 20 minutes and brought out wrong apps (bad). Ordered entree's = waiter came back 10 minutes after ordering and said they were out of the one i ordered (worse). Brought out food at all different times (whatever). Don't go there if you plan to eat !!!! – While shopping Friday 5/27/2011 at the Mall of Louisiana my wife told me she was starved. Bj's was right there, so I wheeled in. From the very begining I had a strange feeling as a group of teenage employees were at the front hostess desk. It seemed that they were instructed not to give a table for four to a couple.
