I loved BJ's Quilt Basket. Many Beautiful fabrics. The employees were all friendly & helpful. I went there twice in one week!
Large store with lots of light and newly renovated classroom for working on your projects and learning new skills..
I only wished I lived closer! I do enjoy being on their list and keeping up!
Love this shoppe. Worth the 2 1/2 hr drive. Have never had any owner/employee work so hard with me to put together quilts (2) pillowcases, tablerunners & whatever else I was getting fabric for. Found some fabric that I fell in love with for a rag quilt & thankfully they reminded that batiks don't work on rag quilts. Still got the fabric (yes I'm a fabricholic) & will find a use for it! Can't wait to go back.
They were great . Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in town visiting and the made me feel so welcomed and at home.
What a wonderful surprise today in the mail! My block I made in a mystery class with Linda Ballard was mailed to me. I had packed up and headed home to Beaverton and for got my block on the design wall. Thank you for mailing me my block, it was very thoughtful and unexpected. Love this place, only wish I lived closer!
The fabric I buy at this store is the best! BJ's has great kits with helpful & friendly staff. And Sandy the supreme quilter is the best! I'm always happy with her quilting. If I ask Sandy for her suggestions, she is right on & I am pleasantly surprised at this finished product. Even though I have to drive a ways, the classes offered are fun with great teachers. My favorite quilt shop in central Oregon.
