Optical Team members are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the eye exam and glasses selection process. Paula and Marilyn are awesome at what they do, and they explain in detail each step of the process.Ā
I visited this store to get new contact lenses, there were two people in front of me and only one man to serve. It took more than an hour to wait, it was the worst service, first I waited standing and then they offered me to sit down I'm pregnant. This is the worst place, if you value your time I absolutely do not recommend this placeĀ
This place is probably good, but the customer service given by the old gentleman is terrible, he stayed flirting with another lady while 3 people were waiting on line for over an hour ! He just stayed there and laugh with this woman, didnāt even care to say I will be done soon or anything, just keep laughing with her. This is crazy, there was also a pregnant woman who waited about 1.5 hours, and he didnāt care either.Ā
