Great experience with the exam and excellent service in ordering my glasses.
They are not open when they say they are open. The phone msg says they are open, then you drive over and they are closed at random times. If you catch them on the phone, they give you the standard hours, but then tell you that they may or may not actually be open because they aver very understaffed.
Turns out it was a remote visit with a tech doing the leg work in the store. I kept an open mind and was very satisfied with the experience. I will do it again in the future.
This was one of the most thorough exams I have had. Paula was WONDERFUL explaining all that was happening or going to happen for the entire exam. The virtual doctor was so helpful as well.
Technician was personable, professional and showed real empathy to assist the client. The only issue is the lack of an on-scene Dr. which halts the examination if dilation is required.
