Technician was personable, professional and showed real empathy to assist the client. The only issue is the lack of an on-scene Dr. which halts the examination if dilation is required.

I’ve been back 3 times to get glasses adjusted and they still are not correct. The nose pad locks in place v
I had the virtual eye exam. A very knowledgeable person did the prep work with me in an office, before meeting with the doctor virtually. We could see each other and talk. The doctor then sent my prescription, which was printed for me. I hesitated to order glasses right away and have decided to wait since my eyes haven't changed much, and glasses are so expensive, even with the deal at BJs.
