I went to BJs to meet with Margaret Skaar and Jennifer Moore to provide notary services, and I'm so grateful I met them. I have been getting my eyeglasses elsewhere, and in those 20+ years, I have never gotten the information I needed on progressive glasses. You can bet that next time I'll be going back to BJs with my prescription. It's good to know I don't need a membership to purchase glasses from them.
Margaret Shaar is above and beyond. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a new pair of glasses. She is extremely knowledgeable on all things frames and lenses.
Today was my first day of visiting this location and I had the BEST experience. Margaret is extremely knowledgeable at this. I've gone to multiple vision retailers; however, this is by far my best experience. Unlike others, I received education, alongside great customer service. Not to mention cute frames, high quality lenses at a nice price. As long as I reside in Northern VA, I will forever be Margaret's patient. Great job!
Who thought buying glasses could be so much fun! Last time, I bought glasses from Melanie and this time from Lissa and could not be happier. Truly great service and yes, caring for the customer.
