Very disappointing experience at BJ’s Optical. I ordered glasses for my daughter with anti-reflective coating, but the glasses clearly did not have it. When I called, the employee kept insisting they were anti-reflective instead of listening to my concern. When I went to the store and showed her the difference, her response was, “What do you want me to do?” I found her attitude rude and dismissive. I eventually asked for a refund. The issue could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully.

They scam you by adding fake charges. I paid $1,001 for two pairs of eyeglasses with regular frames - despite the fact that they had a buy one get one free deal. Also customer service is terrible

My glasses were approximately 10 months old and my lenses we're all scratched up. Cindy replaced my lenses no questions asked. Two thumbs up in my book.

I found BJ eyeglasses to be expensive, so a half-off sale is no great bargain--and they could not fit my eyeglasses, even after two visits. So I went to Costco where they know how to provide service, and where I should have shopped in the first place. They had no trouble adjusting my BJ glasses.
