The eye exam was thorough and the technician and optometrist were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Staff was very professional and polite . All went well and received new ex for updated glasses. One concern is that you don’t actually see the doctor in person . I did not know that beforehand . There is a professional technician doing the measurements running the instruments . Then a doctor reviews the results off site and completes the exam. Definitely a plus for the clinic as 1 doctor can service multiple clinics- not sure it is a plus for the patient although my exam went well. FYI
Opticians are always very friendly and helpful.
My technition was very knowledgable about the process and what the symptoms were showing. Very greatful.
