Despite feedback that corrected vision was poor in right eye, the virtual/remote technician insisted on only evaluating vision using both eyes! Then trial contacts were out of order and took weeks to get in, and then was given 2 sets of contacts, 1. with great near vision in left eye and horrible distance vision, or 2. mediocre near and far point vision.
The technicians were personable and knowledgeable, and the testing process was not onerous. I was pleased as well with the results.
Less than an hour before my scheduled appointment, I get a call that they have to cancel it. I had taken time off from work, done the paperwork electronically the night before, confirmed I would be there the day before and they cancel on me less than an hour before my appointment. I took my business elsewhere.
A great place to get your glasses. Buy one get one free was great!
