I brought my glasses in to be repaired and it was a very positive experience.
What a nice experience. The exam was very thorough, James was very friendly and patiently explained everything. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
This location does not “stock” contacts as it advertises available. I had made an appt online to which the dr was unavailable. I had to go back the next day and re do the whole process of the eye exam. Totally inconvenienced and when I mentioned it to the manager as did the tech James (who was very apologetic) she didn’t seem to care at all. No words … there are so many other places with professionals who are just kind in general. I would not go back or recommend. I would give no stars but I have to check 1 for the next step... read more
James and Bob were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Bjs Optical was excellent. They did a great eye exam and also were great getting the new glasses! I will definitely go back for my next eye exam.
