I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Marilyn Peterson at BJ's Optical. She knows the true meaning of outstanding customer service! Marilyn was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She took extra care to make sure all the measurements she took would get the best results for my progressive lenses. I was told it would take 10 working days but BJ's got my glasses finished and delivered to the store in less than a week. This is a 5-star review of Marilyn Peterson, more than the general BJs Optical shop. I have never bought a pair of glasses before. My optometrist, who works with an optician and sells glasses in their practice, actually encouraged me to look at heavily discounted options via websites or big box stores, so I could try different styles at a low cost before investing in a 5-10yr pair.
