This place is the worst ever I ordered contacts from a man named Chuck and he said it would take a week, then a week later I called and spoke to Chuck he said I picked them up already and then put the phone down and then he said no I did pick them up and that he would order them because he said something happened, could not tell me what happened, he did not even say sorry but I will rush the order No he was very rude and began yelling at me to come in and he will refund my money. Very negative experience. Glasses were not usable, Dr. told me it was my fault. Manager does not return phone calls. After two attempts at exam, went to real eye Dr. and off to surgery I go. Optician saw no problem, opthamologist advised to return to original prescription until after surgery. These guys just want to sell alot of pretty glasses. Save yourself the aggravation and go to an opthamologist.....and save the \$500.00
