Dr. Denlow was awesome, she read my file and looked for problem areas in my exam. She repeated herself to make sure I understood what she was saying. I ordered my sunglasses with ease. I recommend!
The best eye doctor and team. I went to this branch for follow up today. Doctor Rebecca is so professional and she knew what exactly I needed. She listened very well and catch the problem and solved it! And Tom and the staff are so friendly and very helpful! My husband also very satisfied got the service here. Now we know here is the place where we should come every year without struggling to find the one we have been looking for.
Fantastic experience! What a difference it makes to have a doctor and staff that are genuinely invested in providing a good service. I've been wearing glasses for a few years, and it always feels as if the staff is looking to get you in and out as quick as possible. Not the case in this place, what a huge difference to go to a doctor that truly listens to your concerns and needs, and provides advise and carefully and meticulously performs the exam.
