I haven’t actually been to the store, but I did just call the optical counter. I spoke to the sweetest lady named Cora. She went above and beyond to answer the questions I had, and although it wasn’t the answer I was hoping for- she offered me not one, but TWO alternative solutions. She was super friendly and helpful. Exemplary customer service!Â
