If I could rate the website's online service, I would give it a zero. The website doesn't work, the prescription doesn't load, and customer support does nothing to try to solve the problem. This is a huge lack of care. I recommended 4 friends to go there for consultations and to buy glasses from you, and honestly... The website attendant asked me for the doctor's number and name to confirm the prescription, even though she could have tried to verify it herself, since she works for the company.
