I’ve been waiting a month and a half for a pair of glasses that BJ’s Optical LOST. The manager, Mario Sanchez, has been completely unhelpful. Instead of offering a refund or even replacing the glasses they lost, all I’ve received is excuses and delays. No one is taking responsibility, and I’m now out the money and the glasses. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere for your optical needs. I would give zero stars if I could.
