Seem competent, courteous, and decent collection of frames. But don't accept Medicare Supplement insurance, which makes prices much higher.
The guys that work there are very nice, but don’t go when the website hours say they’re open. Call first. We have made so many wasted trips only to find them closed when the hours say they should be open, and it’s about a 30 minute drive for us. So annoying. Post the right dang hours, BJ’s.
the young lady who initially helped me with placing frames/lenses order was great - was told that they sre in the middle of inventory ( why would this make it a customer service issue?) Service went down hill from there. Glasses were ordered over one month ago - one pair was lost in shipping and BJ's optical couldn't figure out what happend to the second pair as neither pair came in.
