The staff there are all very nice and professional. However their lab lost MY frames. I brought in my personal frames to just get new lenses. Quite honestly, I would never get glasses at BJ's because I'm not impressed at all with their frame selection. I would have given 0 stars, but giving 2 for staff. My advice is NEVER EVER bring your own frames to get new lenses from BJ's. I'm stuck with some cheap frames now, which I probably will never wear because they are not anywhere near as nice as my lost frames. VERY VERY disappo... read more
Doctor was very professional and thorough. The optical team was very helpful as well.
Dr Goldberg wrote the exact prescription needed for my Double Vision. It is a specialized exam that many fail at. Very pleased with the results!
Love Dr Shari... she is patient and kind. I've been going to her for the last 5 years and will continue. Everyone I dealt with as far as scheduling and ordering my glasses have been professional, pleasant and kind.
