Doctor and staff are awesome
Great doctor, but the optical manager is rude and lacks customer service. I brought the same issue from my visit a year ago with glasses getting bubbles in between the film, and I asked what to do to prevent the issue, however he just point the finger on me blaming for the way a handled the glasses. I had to walk out without purchasing the glasses to give the business to other providers. I definitely will not return to this place.
Had the best customer service with Andrew. Very polite and patient trying on frames. Sanitizing each one after trying on.
I have been shopping for instacart for a very long time and I have never seen a line to the end of the store in any Costco or Sam's Club. BJ's on University and the BJ's in parkland lack employees they lack customer service there is barely anyone working during the day and the time it takes to get through a line with no social distancing is around 15 minutes or more. They needs to hire more people ASAP.
