I had an excellent experience at BJ's Optical! The whole process from calling to schedule an appointment to having an eye exam to picking out the glasses was phenomenal! The wait when I got there was minimal. Sara came out and got me, she went over the entire process of what to expect for the eye exam. The office was clean and she even wiped things down right before I used the machines. She was so personable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable!!
